RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 1
WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC., OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, IN THE ESTIMATED AMOUNT PAYABLE OF $88,000.00
RELATED TO THE FY 2017 FLOW EQUALIZATION FACILITY
OVERFLOW CONNECTION TO SATELLITE WPCF, CONTRACT
NO. 880, AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Supplemental Agreement No. 1 dated May 23, 2016, between AECOM Technical
Services, Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the estimated amount
payable of$88,000.00, in conjunction with the FY 2017 Flow Equalization Facility Overflow
Connection to Satellite WPCF, Contract No. 880, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is
authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of May, 2016.
