RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES FOR A PHASE I
ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENT REIMBURSEMENT
PROGRAM OF AN ABANDONED PROPERTY LOCATED AT 120
CENTER STREET IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,000, AND AUTHORIZE
COMMUNITY PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR TO
EXECUTE SAID CONTRACT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract dated May 23, 2016, between the Iowa Department of Natural Resources and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, for a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Reimbursement program of
an abandoned property located at 120 Center Street, in the amount of$3,000, is hereby approved
and the Community Planning and Development Director is authorized and directed to execute the
same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of May, 2016.
