RESOLUTION NO. 2016-395
RESOLUTION APPROVING A MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN BLACK HAWK COUNTY AND THE
CITY OF WATERLOO REGARDING THE REPLACEMENT OF THE
COMMUNICATION TOWER AT CITY HALL, 715 MULBERRY
STREET AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Memorandum of Understanding dated May 23, 2016,between Black Hawk County and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the replacement of the communication tower at City Hall, 715
Mulberry Street, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to
execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo,Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of May, 2016.
