RESOLUTION NO. 2016-397
RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
QCDEKHOCKEY INC. FOR ESTABLISHMENT AND OPERATION
OF A DEKHOCKEY SPORT COURT FACILITY AND PROGRAM AT
THE RIVERLOOP NORTH EXPO PLAZA; AND AUTHORIZE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Lease Agreement dated May 23, 2016 between QCDekhockey, Inc., and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, for the establishment and operation of a dekhockey sport court facility and
program at the RiverLoop North Expo Plaza, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
