RESOLUTION NO. 2016-398
RESOLUTION APPROVING NOTICE OF INTENT FOR NPDES
COVERAGE UNDER GENERAL PERMIT TO THE IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES FOR FY 2016 W. 2ND,
CEDAR, AND W. 3RD STREETS IMPROVEMENTS, CONTRACT
NO. 912, AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Notice of Intent for NPDES Coverage under General Permit to the Iowa Department of
Natural Resources, dated May 23, 2016, in conjunction with the FY 2016 W. 2nd, Cedar, and W.
3rd Streets Improvements, Contract No. 912, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and
directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo,Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of May, 2016.
