RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FUND TRANSFER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that a transfer be made in the amount of $8,537,506.00 from Fund
200, Trust & Agency Fund to Fund 010, General Fund to reimburse
the General Fund for eligible employee benefits expenses.
