RESOLUTION NO. 2025-012
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK
FOR WORK PERFORMED BY MUNICIPAL PIPE TOOL CO.,
OF HUDSON, IA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $56,745.60, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2023 CIP PIPELINING PHASE
IVA3 PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 1063, AND RECEIVE AND
FILE A TWO-YEAR MAINTENANCE BOND.
WHEREAS, Municipal Pipe Tool Co., of Hudson, Iowa, performed work on the FY 2023
CIP Pipelining Phase IVA3 Project, Contract No. 1063, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Municipal Pipe Tool Co., has completed the aforementioned project in
accordance with the project plans and specifications at a total cost of $56,745.60.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and recommendation of acceptance of
work performed are hereby approved and the City Clerk is directed to receive and file on behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa the two (2) year maintenance bond.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of January 2025.
