RESOLUTION NO. 2025-020
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED
AND DONATION OF REAL PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF
WATERLOO FROM SAID MAKTAL AND SAMIA SHEIKH
ALISUFI, FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 406 RANDALL
STREET, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the Deed to Donate Property, dated INS, between Said Maktal and Samia Sheikh Alisufi
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to acquire property from Said Maktal and Samia Sheikh Alisufi,
located at 406 Randall Street, and legally described as follows:
THE EAST 30 FEET OF LOT 7 IN BLOCK 3, FIRST ADDITION TO OAK
LAWN;BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
at no cost to the City, are hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized
and directed to execute said documents on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of January 2025.
