RESOLUTION NO. 2025-022
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT WITH E & A PROPERTIES, LLC, FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW SINGLE-FAMILY HOUSE ON
AN INFILL LOT, LOCATED AT 835 JANE STREET,
INCLUDING A $5,000.00 INFILL INCENTIVE UPON
SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION, AND AUTHORIZING
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Development Agreement dated January 6, 2025,with E &A Properties, LLC,
for the construction of a new single-family house on an infill lot, located at 835 Jane Street,
including a$5,000.00 infill incentive upon substantial completion, is hereby approved.
2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said documents
on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of January 2025.
