RESOLUTION GRANTING REQUEST OF WATERLOO
JAYCEES TO HOLD WATERLOO JAYCEES FIREWORKS
FESTIVAL EVENT ON SATURDAY, JULY 2, 2011.
WHEREAS, the Waterloo Jaycees have requested to hold the
Waterloo Jaycees Fireworks Festival event at the Riverloop Expo
Grounds on Saturday, July 2, 2011 (with a rain date of Sunday,
July 3, 2011) from 5:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of the Waterloo Jaycees to hold
the Waterloo Jaycees Fireworks Festival event at the Riverloop
Expo Grounds on Saturday, July 2, 2011 (with a rain date of
Sunday, July 3, 2011) from 5:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight, be and
the same is hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day f June, 2011.
