Getty Council Chambers 4:00 p.m. Roll Call Members present: Mayor Pro Tem Ray Feuss in the Chair. Mr. Boesen, Mr. Nichols, Mr. Chiles, Mr. Simon, Ms. Wilder and Mr. Feuss. Ms. Creighton-Smith joined the meeting at 4:40 p.m. Agenda, as proposed or amended Boesen/Chiles that the agenda as proposed be approved. Voice vote-Ayes: Six. Motion carried. Approval of Minutes of the December 16, 2024 Work Session, as proposed or amended. Boesen/Chiles that the minutes of December 16, 2024, Council Work Session as proposed, be approved. Voice vote-Ayes: Six. Motion carried. Discussion of parking rates and parking ordinance changes. Bridgett Wood, Finance Director, provided an overview of the parking discussion from the previous work session. She shared that the questions that need to be answered include the following: Should parking management be placed under the Traffic Department, how should various rates be structured, how should citations be structured, and what time of the day should parking enforcement occur. Council members discussed downtown parking with Bridgett Wood, Jeri Griswold, Republic Parking, and David Deeds, Downtown Parking Committee and JSA Development. ADJOURNMENT Boesen/Chiles the the council adjourn at 4:43 p.m. Voice vote-Ayes: Seven. Motion carried.
