RESOLUTION NO. 2011-600
RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE EXTERIOR PAINTING OF SNOW
REMOVAL EQUIPMENT BUILDING/HANGAR PAINTING AT
THE WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2011-599, plans, specifications,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the
Exterior Painting of Snow Removal Equipment Building/Hangar
Painting at the Waterloo Regional Airport, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council
after the public hearing on June 27, 2011 as prescribed by
statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed in accordance with said plans and specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of June, 2011.
