RESOLUTION NO. 2011-607
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CERTIFICATION OF
UNPAID LIFE SAFETY AND RENTAL INSPECTION
FEES, UNPAID GARBAGE AND SEWER FEES, AND
UNPAID MOWING AND LOT CLEANUP FEES IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
WHEREAS, Iowa Code Section 364.17(3) allows municipalities
to certify unpaid life safety and rental inspection fees to the
benefited property as a lien.
WHEREAS, Iowa Code Section 384.84(3) allows municipalities
to certify unpaid garbage and sewage fees to the benefited
property as a lien.
WHEREAS, Iowa Code Section 364.12(3)(h) allows municipalities
to certify unpaid mowing and lot cleanup fees to the benefited
property as a lien.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE
WATERLOO, IOWA, that
instructed to certify
unpaid life safety and
sewer fees, and unpaid
in the schedule now on
IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
the City Clerk be and the same hereby
to the Black Hawk County Treasurer all
rental inspection fees, unpaid garbage and
mowing and lot cleanup fees as contained
file in the City Clerk's office.
