RESOLUTION NO. 2011-616
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH THE
GOVERNOR'S OFFICE OF DRUG CONTROL POLICY AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the SFY 2012 Byrne -Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) dated
June 27, 2011, in the amount of $467,618.00, with the federal
award in the amount of $344,709.00, and a required local cash
match of $122,909.00, to be used for funding the Tri -County Drug
Enforcement Task Force, by and between the Governor's Office of
Drug Control Policy and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of June, 2011.
