RESOLUTION NO. 2011-617
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH BLACK
HAWK COUNTY GAMING ASSOCIATION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated June 27, 2011, for grant funding in the
amount of $30,000.00, to be used by the Waterloo Police
Department for forensic equipment, by and between the Black Hawk
County Gaming Association and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
