RESOLUTION NO. 2025-019
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST BY THE CITY OF
WATERLOO FOR THE FINAL PLAT OF WATERLOO AIR AND
RAIL PARK 4TH ADDITION, A 39-LOT INDUSTRIAL
SUBDIVISION IN THE "M-2,P" PLANNED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT,
LOCATED EAST OF 4050 LEVERSEE ROAD.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo has requested the approval of the final plat for the
Waterloo Air and Rail Park 4th Addition, a 39-lot industrial subdivision situated in the "M-2,P"
Planned Industrial District, located east of 4050 Leversee Road; and
WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision is consistent with the City of Waterloo's
Comprehensive Plan and meets the requirements of the City's subdivision regulations; and
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo Planning and Zoning Commission upon review
determined on December 10, 2024, that the plat satisfies all necessary conditions and
requirements; and
WHEREAS, the necessary public improvements have been examined and are confirmed
to meet the City of Waterloo's standards for infrastructure and community welfare.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA: That the final plat for the Waterloo Air and Rail Park 4th Addition, a 39-
lot industrial subdivision situated in the "M-2,P" Planned Industrial District, located east of 4050
Leversee Road, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of January 2025.
