RESOLUTION NO. 2011-621
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH PLANERGY
WATERLOO, LLC AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated June 27, 2011, for rights to all waste
gas produced by the waste deposited and received from the
Waterloo Digester, by and between Planergy Waterloo, LLC and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of June, 2011.
