RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT WITH K & W
ELECTRIC, INC. OF CEDAR FALLS, IOWA, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE CITY HALL & FIVE
SULLIVAN BROTHERS CONVENTION CENTER - ENERGY
EFFICIENT LIGHTING PROJECT, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$95,700.00, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contract of K & W Electric, Inc. of Cedar Falls, Iowa,
for the City Hall & Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center -
Energy Efficient Lighting Project, in the amount of $95,700.00,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 27th
day of June, 2011, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of June, 2011.
