RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR
ENTERPRISE ZONE CERTIFICATION WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application for Enterprise Zone Certification dated
June 27, 2011, for the expansion of the Enterprise Zone to
include the land near the former Lincoln School site, by and
between the Iowa Department of Economic Development and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
