RESOLUTION NO. 2011-628
RESOLUTION APPROVING FY 2011 COOPERATIVE
AGREEMENT WITH U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND
URBAN DEVELOPMENT AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT BY HUMAN RIGHTS
DIRECTOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the FY 2011 Cooperative Agreement dated June 27, 2011, for
the allocation of training funds, in the amount of $2,500.00, for
use at the Fair Housing Assistance Program/Fair Housing
Initiatives Program Training Conference to be held August 16-18,
2011, by and between U.S. Department of Housing and Urban
Development and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Human Rights Director authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of June, 2011.
