RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING TO BE GIVEN ON APPLICATION OF TODD
WELCH TO REZONE FROM "C-1" COMMERCIAL
DISTRICT TO "C -1,C -Z" CONDITIONAL ZONING
DISTRICT APPROXIMATELY 1.59 ACRES GENERALLY
LOCATED AT 1033 DECATHLON DRIVE, AS JULY 11,
2011, AT 5:30 P.M. IN CITY HALL COUNCIL
CHAMBERS, AND INSTRUCTING CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 11th day of July, 2011, for
the purpose of considering and acting upon an application of Todd
Welch to rezone from "C-1" Commercial District to "C -1,C -Z"
Conditional Zoning District approximately 1.59 acres generally
located at 1033 Decathlon Drive, and legally described as
follows:
Lots 2 and 3 in Decathlon Place, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
Notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
