RESOLUTION NO. 2025-085
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH ANDERSON-BOGERT OF CEDAR
RAPIDS, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $17,760.00, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR
TRAFFIC SIGNAL POLE STANDARDIZATION, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, acknowledges the need for
standardization of traffic signal poles to improve safety and operational efficiency within the
city's transportation infrastructure; and
WHEREAS, engineering services are required for the successful implementation of this
Traffic Signal Pole Standardization initiative; and
WHEREAS, Anderson -Bogert, a reputable engineering firm based in Cedar Rapids,
Iowa, has been selected to provide the necessary expertise and services for the project; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed and hereby approves the Professional
Services Agreement with Anderson -Bogert in the amount of $17,760.00 to perform the requisite
engineering services;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo as
follows:
1. The Professional Services Agreement with Anderson -Bogert of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, in
the amount of $17,760.00, is hereby approved.
2. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said documents on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
