RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE LIBRARY THIRD FLOOR
CARPET.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Interim Building Official/Maintenance
Administrator of said City to prepare proposed specifications,
bid document, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc. in
conjunction with the Library Third Floor Carpet, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Interim Building Official/Maintenance
Administrator did file said preliminary specifications, bid
document, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction
with the Library Third Floor Carpet, which were preliminarily
approved by Resolution No. 2011-90 on February 7, 2011, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March 14,
2011.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the
Library Third Floor Carpet, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be,
and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of March, 2011.
