RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF CONTRACT TO PETERS CONSTRUCTION
CORPORATION OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE F.Y. 2011 RIVER RENAISSANCE UPPER
PLAZA, CONTRACT NO. 808, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$1,514,212.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Peters Construction Corporation of Waterloo,
Iowa, in the amount of $1,514,212.00, in conjunction with the
F.Y. 2011 River Renaissance Upper Plaza, Contract No. 808,
described in the plans and specifications heretofore adopted by
this Council for said project with Resolution No. 2011-149, after
public hearing on March 7, 2011 on published notice required by
law, be and is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of March, 2011.
