hereby quit claim to Iowa Heartland Habitat for Humanity, all of its right,title, interest, estate, claim, and demand in
the following described real estate in Black Hawk County, Iowa:
Lot 6 in Block 7 in Leavitt's Addition to the City of Waterloo, Iowa, except the NWIy 45 feet thereof.
Subject to(a)easements, servitudes, conditions, and restrictions of record; (b)current and future real
estate property taxes and assessments; (c)general utility and right-of-way easements serving the
property; and (d) restrictions imposed by City zoning ordinances and other applicable law. Further subject
to possibility of reverter of title pursuant to Development Agreement dated May 6, 2024 and recorded
October 1, 2024 as Doc. No. 2024-21120.
Deed from Iowa political subdivision. Exempt from real estate transfer tax, declaration of value and
groundwater hazard statement.
The grantor hereby covenants with grantees, and successors in interest, to warrant and defend the real estate
against the lawful claims of all persons claiming by, through, or under it, except as may be stated above.
Words and phrases herein, including acknowledgment hereof, shall be construed as in the singular or plural
number, and as masculine or feminine gender, according to the context.
