RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF CONTRACT TO ASPRO, INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2011 ASPHALT
OVERLAY PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. 796, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $3,878,281.87.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Aspro, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount
of $3,878,281.87, in conjunction with the F.Y. 2011 Asphalt
Overlay Program, Contract No. 796, described in the plans and
specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
project with Resolution No. 2011-151, after public hearing on
March 7, 2011 on published notice required by law, be and is
hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of March, 2011.
