RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRECONSTRUCTION
AGREEMENT WITH THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE BRIDGE
BARRIER RAIL RETRO FIT PROJECT, AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Preconstruction Agreement dated March 14, 2011, for
proposed work on W. 4th Street, Hammond Avenue, and Kimball
Avenue in conjunction with Bridge Barrier Rail Retro Fit Project
on U.S. Hwy 20, by and between the Iowa Department of
Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of March, 2011.
