RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT, BONDS, AND
CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE WITH KWS, INC. OF
CEDAR FALLS, IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
F.Y. 2011 DOWNTOWN WAYFINDING SIGNAGE,
CONTRACT NO. 783, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$103,985.00 AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR PRO TEM
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the Contract, Bonds, and Certificate of Insurance with
KWS, Inc. of Cedar Falls, Iowa, in the amount of $103,985.00, in
conjunction with the F.Y. 2011 Downtown Wayfinding Signage,
Contract No. 783, described in the plans and specifications
heretofore adopted by this Council for said project with
Resolution No. 2011-99, after public hearing on February 14, 2011
on published notice required by law, be and are hereby approved,
and the Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute said documents.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of March, 2011.
