This purchase or expenditure is being made because:
Annual lease payments to Silver Eagle Harley for 2 years of leasing patrol
motorcycles.
Vendor selected for this purchase: Silver Eagle Harley Davidson

Silver eagle is a local business who carries our lease for the Waterloo Police
Motorcycle Patrol vehicles.
