RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS FOR THE
DISASTER RECOVERY BUSINESS RENTAL ASSISTANCE
PROGRAM WITH THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
DOCUMENTS BY MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contracts dated March 14, 2011, for the Disaster
Recovery Business Rental Assistance Program with the following
businesses:
Multicultural Counseling Center
501 Sycamore Street, Suite 621 $1,483.38
Midwest Apparel
626 Sycamore Street $3,600.00
by and between the Iowa Department of Economic Development (CDBG
Contract #08 -DRB -205) and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same are hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of March, 2011.
