RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING TO BE GIVEN ON APPLICATION OF LAVERN
DROSTE TO REZONE FROM "R -2,C -Z" CONDITIONAL
ZONING DISTRICT AND "C -2,C -Z" CONDITIONAL
ZONING DISTRICT TO "C -1,C -Z" CONDITIONAL
ZONING DISTRICT APPROXIMATELY 0.845 ACRES
GENERALLY LOCATED AT 245 FLETCHER AVENUE, AS
MARCH 28, 2011, AT 5:30 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL
CHAMBERS IN CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING CITY
CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 28th day of March, 2011, for
the purpose of acting upon an application of Lavern Droste to
rezone from "R -2,C -Z" Conditional Zoning District and "C -2,C -Z"
Conditional Zoning District to "C -1,C -Z" Conditional Zoning
District approximately 0.845 acres generally located at 245
Fletcher Avenue, and legally described as follows:
Lots 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 20 and 21 in Block 34, in
Hagerman Place in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa, and that portion of East, West alley in
Block 34, in Hagerman Place, adjoining Lots 14, 15 and
16 in Block 34 of said addition, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
Notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
