BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWA AS
FOLLOWS
That the request of Levi Architecture, on behalf of Troy's Sandwiches, for a Site Plan
Amendment to allow for a quick service restaurant in an existing building m the"S-1" Shopping
Center District located at 3146 Kimball Avenue, and legally described as follows
