OF BID TO HARRISON
HEIGHTS, IOWA, IN
PURCHASE OF ONE (1)
TRUCK, IN THE AMOUNT
RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
TRUCK CENTER OF ELK RUN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE
2011 REAR LOAD GARBAGE
OF $124,582.09.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Harrison Truck Center of Elk Run Heights,
Iowa, in the amount of $124,582.09, in conjunction with the
purchase of one (1) 2011 Rear Load Garbage Truck described in the
specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
project with Resolution No. 2011-147, after public hearing on
March 7, 2011 on published notice required by law, be and is
hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21St day of March, 2011.
