RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF BID TO DEMCO, INC. OF MADISON, WISCONSIN,
IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PUBLIC LIBRARY'S
RADIO FREQUENCY IDENTIFICATION (RFID)
CONVERSION PROJECT, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$97,390.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Demco, Inc. of Madison, Wisconsin, in the
amount of $97,390.00, in conjunction with the Public Library's
Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) Conversion Project,
described in the specifications heretofore adopted by this
Council for said project with Resolution No. 2011-016, after
public hearing on January 10, 2011 on published notice required
by law, be and is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21St day of March, 2011.
