RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH WAYNE CLAASSEN ENGINEERING AND
SURVEYING, INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated March 21, 2011, at
a cost of $16,000.00, for engineering services in conjunction
with the 2011 REAP Riverview Recreation Area Passive Unit
Enhancements, by and between Wayne Claassen Engineering and
Surveying, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21St day of March, 2011.
