RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH JDE ENGINEERING, PLC AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated March 21, 2011, at
a cost of $36,938.90, for construction related services in
conjunction with the F.Y. 2011 Downtown Wayfinding Signage,
Contract No. 783, by and between JDE Engineering, PLC of LaPorte
City, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21St day of March, 2011.
