RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2011
SIDEWALK REPAIR PROGRAM - ZONE 1 AND TRAIL
REPAIRS, CONTRACT NO. 804.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, estimate of
cost, etc., in conjunction with the F.Y. 2011 Sidewalk Repair
Program - Zone 1 and Trail Repairs, Contract No. 804, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc. in
conjunction with the F.Y. 2011 Sidewalk Repair Program - Zone 1
and Trail Repairs, Contract No. 804, which were preliminarily
approved by Resolution No. 2011-156 on March 7, 2011, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March 28,
2011.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the F.Y.
2011 Sidewalk Repair Program - Zone 1 and Trail Repairs, Contract
No. 804, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of March, 2011.
