RESOLUTION APPROVING THE THIRD ROUND OF
NEIGHBORHOOD STABILIZATION PROGRAM (NSP3)
FUNDS APPLICATION TO THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID APPLICATION BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Third Round of Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP3)
Funds Application, to continue to redevelop the 900-1000 blocks
of Lafayette Street in the Rath Brownfield neighborhood, by and
between the Iowa Department of Economic Development and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor authorized to execute the same and submit to the Iowa
Department of Economic Development in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of March, 2011.
