RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WITH FAILOR HURLEY PROPERTIES LLC AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated March 28, 2011, for a new
3,250 square foot industrial building valued at $260,000.00 in
the Martin Road Tax Increment Finance District, near County
Estates Fencing, by and between Failor Hurley Properties LLC of
Hudson, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
