The City Council of the City of Waterloo, Eowa, met in Special Session at Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers, Waterloo, Iowa, at 3:00 PM, on Thursday, February 6, 202E
Roil Call.
Mayor Quentin Hart in the Chair. Roll Call: Nichols, Creighton -Smith, Simon and Few
Approval. of Aggenda

that the agenda as proposed be approved. Voice vote -Ayes. Four, Motion carried.
