The East Waterloo Urban Renewal
and Redevelopment Plan (the 'Plano)
was adopted a combination i
plans formerly known as the Alrport
Area Development Plan (the "Airport
Plan') and the Logan Avenue Urban
Renewal and Redevelopment Plan
(the ''Logan Plan ). The area Includ-
ed in he Plan area is characterized
