TIAL CORPORATE PURPOSES,

ANCE THEREOF
PUBLIC NOTICE Is hereby given that
the Clly Coun011 of the City olWater-
oo, State of town, will hold a public
hearing on the 17 Eh day of March,
2025, t 5;30 P.M.. In the Council
Chambers, City Hall, 715 Mulber-
ry Street, Waterloo, Iowa, at which
meeting the Council proposes to take
additional action for the issuance of

ment thereof. take additional action for the
issuance of the Bonds or will abandon the
proposal to Issue said Bonds.
This notice Is given by order of the Ctty
Council of the City of Waterloo, State of
fowa, as provided by Section 384.25 of
the Code of Iowa. Dated this 17 th day of
