by the City Clerk of the City of Wa-
terloo, Iowa, at her orrice to the City
Hall o1 the said Clty on the 13th day
of February 2025, until 1:00 p.m. for
the construction o1 the FY 2025 CIP
PIPELINiNG PHASE V, CONTRACT
NO. 1118, as described in detail In the
plans and specifications now on file in
the Office of the Clty Clerk.
OPENING QFEIDS
.All bids received will be opened In the
Council Chambers at City Hall In the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, on the 13th day
of February 2025, at 1:00 p.m. and the
proposals WII be acted upon at such
later time and place as may then be
fixed by the City Council. It is antici gat-
ed that the City Council will act upon
the proposals at their regular meeting
on March 3, 2025. The bid opening
will be livestreamed on YouTube and
made available on the city webslte.
PUBLIC HEARING
The Council of said Clty will conduct a
public hearing on the proposed plans
specifications, form of contract, and
estimate of cost for the construction
of the described improvement project
at 5:30 p.m. on March 3rd, 2025, said
hearing to be held In the Harold E.
Getty Councll Chambers in City Hall In
said City. The proposed plans, spec-
ifications, form of contract, and esti-
mate of cost for sald improvements
heretofore prepared by the Clty of Wa-
terloo are now on file In the office of
the City Clerk for public examination.

may file written objection thereto with
the City Clerk before the date set for
said hearing, or appear and make
objection thereto with the City Clerk
before the date set for Bald hearing, or
appear and make objection thereto at
the meeting above set forth.
SCOPE OF WORK
'JVork of this Contract entails con-
struction of Cured-fn-Place Pipelining
(CIPP) sanitary sewer lining located
in the Clty of Waterloo, identified as
Sewer Service Area 15 (SA15), as
shown on the ❑rawngs. The proj-
ect includes cleaning, root removal.
televising, CIF pipelining and lateral
grouting of the fallowing quantities:
3-1nch Diameter C3PP — 16,311 LF
10-inch Diameter C1PP — 1,879 LF
12-Inch Diameter C1PP - 868 LF
15-inch Diameter C1PP — 806 LF
Laterals - 249 EA
