RESOLUTION NO. 2025-134
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, FORM OF
CONTRACT, AND OTHER NECESSARY DOCUMENTS IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY2025 CIP PIPELINING PHASE
V, CONTRACT NO. 1118, AND AUTHORIZING
PROCEEDING WITH THE PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo has prepared specifications, bid documents, and the
form of contract for the FY2025 Capital Improvement Plan Pipelining Phase V, Contract No.
1118; and
WHEREAS, these documents have been reviewed for compliance with applicable
standards and cost efficiencies, ensuring they meet the necessary requirements for successful
project implementation; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to confirm approval of these documents in order to proceed
with the solicitation of bids and the subsequent construction phase;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo as
follows:
1. The specifications, bid documents, and form of contract for the FY2025 CIP Pipelining
Phase V, Contract No. 1118, are hereby confirmed and approved.
2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its approval and adoption by
the City Council.
