RESOLUTION NO. 2011-355
RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH BAR
LEE FARMS, LTD. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Lease Agreement dated May 2, 2011, at a cost of $145.00
per acre for a total of $485.75 per year, to farm approximately
3.35 acres of city -owned land generally located at the northwest
corner of West Shaulis Road and Ansborough Avenue, for the period
May 2, 2011 through December 31, 2011, by and between Bar Lee
Farms, Ltd. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of May, 2011.
