RESOLUTION NO. 2011-356
RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
ROUSSELOW BROS. FARMS, INC. AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Lease Agreement dated May 2, 2011, at a cost of $120.00
per acre for a total of $3,720.00 per year, to farm approximately
31 acres of city -owned land generally located near the northwest
corner of Martin Road and West Ridgeway Avenue, west of Black
Hawk Creek, from May 2, 2011 to December 31, 2011, by and between
Rousselow Bros. Farms, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of May, 2011.
