RESOLUTION NO. 2011-357
RESOLUTION APPROVING NOTICE OF DISCONTINUATION
OF A STORM WATER DISCHARGE COVERED UNDER IOWA
NPDES GENERAL PERMIT NO. 2 AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID NOTICE OF DISCONTINUATION BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Notice of Discontinuation of a Storm Water Discharge
covered under Iowa NPDES General Permit No. 2 in conjunction with
the F.Y. 2009 Big Rock Road Bridges Replacement with Culverts,
Contract No. 739, by and between the Iowa Department of Natural
Resources and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of May, 2011.
