RESOLUTION NO. 2011-358
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH THE SAMUELS GROUP, INC. AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated May 2, 2011 at a
cost not to exceed $11,050.00, plus an additional 7;-Orcent fee
of the actual construction costs and reimbursable, expenses not to
exceed $500.00, for analysis, design work, bid documents and
construction coordination related to the Fire Stations #1, #3,
#4, and #6 concrete replacement project, by and between The
Samuels Group, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City
Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
