RESOLUTION NO. 2011-360
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT FOR THE
BUSINESS DISASTER RECOVERY EQUIPMENT
REIMBURSEMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM WITH THE
IOWA DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID DOCUMENTS BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contract dated May 2, 2011, for the Business Disaster
Recovery Equipment Reimbursement Assistance Program with the
following business:
Midtown Development, 501 Sycamore Street, Suite 710 $59,309.00
by and between the Iowa Department of Economic Development (CDBG
Contract #08 -DRB -205) and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of May, 2011.
