RESOLUTION NO. 2011-361
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE REQUEST
TO SEND OUT NOTIFICATION TO PROPERTY OWNERS
OF PROPOSED SIDEWALK REPAIRS AND ESTIMATE OF
COSTS IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE SIDEWALK
INSPECTION AND REPAIR PROGRAM - ZONE 1, AS
MAY 23, 2011, AT 5:30 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL
CHAMBERS IN CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING THE
CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m., on the 23rd day of May, 2011, for
the purpose of considering and acting upon the request to send
out notification to property owners of proposed sidewalk repairs
and estimate of costs in conjunction with the Sidewalk Inspection
and Repair Program - Zone 1.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of May, 2011.
